HELP BEFORE COURT consultation with Victoria Legal Aid

We made this little video to say thank-you to Victoria Legal Aid. Voices for Change was recently hired to give some feedback on their new online form ‘Help Before Court’. We gave some feedback on what we like and do not like about online forms. One of our suggestions was for there to be both written words and audio instructions on the new form. We look forward to seeing the Help Before Court form online when it is ready. Thank-you for the consultation, Victoria Legal Aid. It was a pleasure working with you.
