Voices for Change hosted our first webinar on the 15th May! We had over 80 attendees from across the sector. If you missed it you can catch up here.

The webinar launched All Been Inside, a new, 4-part Voices for Change podcast featuring members’ lived experience stories, expert interviews and policy demands.  The webinar also introduced key topics such as:  

  • what is an ABI?  

  • how people with ABIs experience the criminal justice system   

  • the relationship between ABIs and family violence  

  • crucial areas of justice reform  

  • the importance of self-advocacy  

The webinar features an interview with Stan Winford, Associate Director of Research, Innovation & Reform at the Centre of Innovative Justice. Stan is a legal and justice system expert with extensive experience advocating for reform to improve justice responses to acquired brain injury and cognitive impairment.
